Sausage Shell Rice Pie

Instructions
- Mix together uncooked sausage, crumbs, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and 1/2 can of the tomato soup.
- Pat mixture into 10-inch pie plate like crust.
- Combine cooked rice, cheese, pepper and the remaining salt and tomato soup.
- Spoon mixture into sausage shell.
- Place foil under pan in oven to catch any splatters.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) for one hour.
- Cut into 6 wedges; garnish with parsley and serve hot.
