Ingredients

  • fresh zucchini
  • fresh tomatoes
  • about 2 tsp. basil
  • about 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix zucchini and tomatoes and season with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Saute in a little oil or oleo until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
