Ingredients

  • 1 lb. string beans
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Steam or partially cook the string beans.
  2. In a skillet, sauté minced garlic and bread crumbs in olive oil until garlic starts to sizzle.
  3. Add the cooked string beans to the skillet and mix until well blended.
