Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh scallions
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and return to saucepan.
  2. Add cream cheese and stir until blended.
  3. Add cooked bacon, sour cream, chopped scallions, horseradish, and salt; stir until well combined.
  4. Put mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  5. Set casserole in a preheated 350°F oven and bake until mixture is hot throughout, 20 to 30 minutes.
