Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 to 3/4 can black olives, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, and chopped scallions until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped black olives and mix again.
  3. Chill the mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the fridge and roll into a ball.
  5. Roll the ball onto chopped nuts to coat.
  6. Place back in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with crackers.
