Scallop Pie

Instructions
- Quarter clove of garlic and saute in butter until soft. Remove from butter and discard.
- Add chopped onion to garlic butter and saute lightly. Add scallops and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add milk, thickened with flour.
- Add Chablis.
- Take entire mixture and pour into casserole.
- Cover with crumbs and sprinkle melted butter on top lightly. Bake at 400° until bubbly.
