Ingredients

  • 4 cups bread crumbs
  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix bread crumbs and drained pineapple chunks.
  2. Put the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine beaten eggs, sugar, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the pineapple and bread crumbs in the baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and set.
