School Made Cinnamon Rolls
Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with raisins, brushed with butter, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, then rolled and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.

- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and raisins in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix melted butter, egg, and milk in a separate bowl.
- Dissolve dry yeast in warm water and add to the milk mixture.
- Pour the milk and yeast mixture into the flour mixture and combine to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into an oblong shape and brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough jelly-roll style and slice into individual rolls.
- Let the rolls rise until soft, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake in a 400°F oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Prepare a glaze with confectioners' sugar, milk, and butter and drizzle over the warm rolls.
