Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 eggs
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir the cream of mushroom soup until smooth.
  2. Blend in the beaten eggs and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  4. Remove bacon from skillet and crumble into a bowl.
  5. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of drippings from the skillet.
  6. Cook green pepper and onion in the drippings until tender.
  7. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the eggs when done.
  9. Optional: Add shredded cheese to hot scrambled eggs if desired.
