Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 small squash
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green tomato
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables.
  2. Mix with flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in skillet.
  4. Add vegetables, brown, and turn until done. Very good with eggs.
