Ingredients

  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix together until crumbly the flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, and margarine.
  2. Add the milk and egg to the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
  3. Pour batter onto a hot, greased skillet or griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
