Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen broccoli spears
  • 8 oz. surimi crab flakes or chunks
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Place broccoli spears, with flowerets toward the outside edge, in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange crab down the center of the broccoli.
  3. Combine milk, sharp Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, dry mustard, and dried basil leaves in a small saucepan; heat on medium for 5 minutes, stirring often until cheeses are melted.
  4. Pour the sauce over the crab and broccoli.
  5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
