Ingredients

  • pasta shells
  • eggs
  • red pepper
  • celery
  • mayonnaise
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta shells until soft.
  2. Drain the pasta shells over cold water to cool.
  3. Place the cooked pasta shells in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Boil eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and chop into small chunks.
  5. Chop celery into small chunks.
  6. Add the chopped eggs and celery to the bowl with the pasta shells.
  7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  8. Add red pepper to taste and mix again.
  9. Serve on crackers or as a salad.
