- Cook artichoke hearts as directed on the package. Drain and place in a 3-quart ovenproof casserole.
- Stir in the cooked rice and seafood.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into the casserole.
- Cover and bake at 400°F for 35 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Stir before serving and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
