Seafood Parisienne combines tender artichoke hearts with shrimp, rice, and a creamy cheesy sauce, creating a hearty, flavorful dish perfect for seafood lovers and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 (9 oz each) package frozen artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups Minute rice
  • 1.5 pounds cooked shrimp, lobster or crab meat
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 2/3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook artichoke hearts as directed on the package. Drain and place in a 3-quart ovenproof casserole.
  2. Stir in the cooked rice and seafood.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into the casserole.
  4. Cover and bake at 400°F for 35 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  5. Stir before serving and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
