Seafood Shells offer a delightful combination of crispy tortillas filled with creamy crab or shrimp, vegetables, and rich mushroom soup, perfect for a quick, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen mixed Mexican style vegetables
  • 1 can chunky creamy mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) package frozen salad style crab meat, thawed or shrimp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wrap tortilla shells in foil and heat in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Fit each tortilla into a greased 10-ounce custard cup. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
  4. Transfer tortilla shells to 3 serving plates.
