Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. Clamato juice
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (6 to 8 oz.) can salsa
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in hot Clamato juice.
  2. Stir in the chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, salsa, and tomato sauce.
  3. Chill until set and serve.
