Seashell Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1 medium can tomatoes with juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seashell macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and drain.
  2. Add all ingredients except soup, cheese and
  3. macaroni.
  4. Bake
  5. at 350° for 45 minutes.
  6. Add soup and cooked
  7. macaroni;
  8. mix
  9. well.
  10. Top with grated cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.
