Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. seashells or macaroni
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large can beef meat or 1 lb. ground chuck
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook seashells or macaroni in a large pot until tender.
  2. Add quartered Irish potatoes to the pot.
  3. Pour in the canned tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  4. Add beef meat or ground chuck to the mixture.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper to taste.
  6. Let the soup cook until all ingredients are done and flavors meld, simmering on low heat.
  7. Serve hot with cornbread or crackers.
