Ingredients

  • 1 lb. kidney beans
  • 1 large Bermuda onion
  • sage
  • 1 red pepper
  • vinegar
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the kidney beans overnight in water, then drain.
  2. In fresh water, boil the beans until tender, then drain.
  3. Slice the Bermuda onion and the red pepper.
  4. Add the sliced onion, sage, red pepper, vinegar, and olive oil to the cooked beans.
  5. Mix well and serve.
