Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 box graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup black walnuts
  • 1 cup candied cherries
  • 1/2 cup mixed candied fruit

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut, pecans, black walnuts, candied cherries, and candied fruit.
  4. Line a tube pan with parchment or butter and flour it.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 90 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
