Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) can Coleman dry mustard
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (light works too)

Instructions

  1. Mix dry mustard and vinegar together and let stand overnight.
  2. Beat in eggs, sugar and salt, then cook in a double boiler until thick.
  3. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Beat in mayonnaise and refrigerate until chilled.
