Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
  • 1 (No. 2) can blueberries (juice and all)
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the raspberry jello and boiling water in a bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese while the jello is warm and beat until smooth.
  3. Mix in the crushed pineapple, blueberries, and whipping cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and let it set in the refrigerator.
  5. Once set, spread whipped topping on top before serving.
