Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce (bite size)
  • 1 (10 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup green peppers
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, start layering vegetables with a layer of lettuce, then continue with the other vegetables.
  2. Spread salad dressing evenly over the layered vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  5. Do not toss at serving time.
  6. Use a large spoon to serve.
