Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 7 x 11-inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, orange juice, sugar, and oil until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
