Instructions
- Remove the crust from the bread.
- Mash and sweeten the strawberries with sugar.
- Line a pan with foil or wax paper and place the slices of bread on the bottom.
- Spoon the mashed strawberries over the bread.
- Alternate layers of strawberries and bread until the pan is filled.
- Cover with wax paper and a slightly smaller piece of cardboard.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Invert the pudding onto a platter to serve.
