A light and tangy lemon dessert layered with a buttery pecan crust, creamy filling, and whipped topping, perfect for summer gatherings or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
  • 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Combine margarine, flour, and pecans.
  2. Mix and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Allow the crust to cool.
  5. Mix Eagle Brand milk with lemon juice from the frozen lemonade can.
  6. Fold in one container of Cool Whip and spread over the cooled crust.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Spread the lemon pie filling over the cooled and layered mixture.
  9. Top with additional Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  10. Keep refrigerated until serving.
