A savory bread bowl dip filled with a creamy mixture of tender chunk meat, green onions, lemon juice, garlic, cream cheese, and mayonnaise, perfect for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • hormel tender chunk
  • bread
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • green onion
  • cream cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut a 5 to 6-inch circle off the top of the bread loaf.
  2. Pull out the soft insides of the bread, saving them for dipping.
  3. Soften the cream cheese.
  4. Combine the softened cream cheese with mayonnaise, chopped green onions, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and hormel tender chunk.
  5. Fill the bread shell with the mixture.
  6. Replace the top of the bread.
  7. Cover the bread with foil.
  8. Bake for 1.5 hours at 300°F.
  9. Serve with fresh vegetables and the removed bread top for dipping.
