Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shell macaroni
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 16 oz. shredded Provolone cheese
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 qt. spaghetti or marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell macaroni; drain.
  2. Brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the beef.
  4. Stir in spaghetti or marinara sauce.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
