Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Dissolve the soda into the sour cream, then add to mixture.
  5. Add bananas, flour, salt and vanilla.
  6. Spread into a large cookie pan (large sysco one, with 1" deep sides).
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
