Ingredients

  • 3 lb. stew beef
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Cut the stew beef into small pieces.
  2. Place the beef in a casserole dish with mushroom soup, sherry, and onion soup mix.
  3. Cover and cook in the oven at 350°F for 3 hours.
  4. Serve over noodles or rice.
