Ingredients

  • 5 lb. sugar
  • 1 small bottle Tabasco sauce
  • 1 gal. thin sliced hamburger dill pickles
  • 1 large bulb garlic

Instructions

  1. Drain juice off pickles.
  2. Put pickles into a large container.
  3. Add sugar and mix with hands until dissolved.
  4. Add Tabasco sauce and chopped garlic, then mix well.
  5. Return mixture to a gallon jar and seal with lid.
  6. Refrigerate for about 14 days, then enjoy.
