Ingredients

  • sliced potatoes
  • sliced onions
  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • canned tomato soup
  • link pork sausage

Instructions

  1. Place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Add a layer of sliced onions.
  3. Spread a layer of cream-style corn over the onions.
  4. Add a layer of cooked, crumbled sausage.
  5. Pour canned tomato soup over the sausage and corn.
  6. Cover the mixture with link pork sausage.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°F.
