Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider using ghee instead of butter. You can substitute the sour cream with Greek yogurt for a tangy twist. If you prefer a spicier dish, add chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes. This recipe can also be adjusted by using other seafood, like scallops, for a delightful variation. Pair it with a side of naan for an authentic touch.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this curry alongside fluffy white rice or quinoa to soak up the creamy sauce. Garlic bread is also a great accompaniment, enhancing the meal with extra flavor. For a complete experience, consider a side salad with a tangy vinaigrette or steamed vegetables for added freshness.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. You can also microwave it in short intervals, stirring to ensure even heating. Avoid boiling to keep the shrimp tender.
