  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2 12 oz. cans shoepeg corn (drain one can)
  • 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies (drained)

Instructions

  2. Fold in the drained shoepeg corn and chopped green chilies.
  3. Place the mixture in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
