- Put potatoes, celery, onions, parsley flakes, and chicken bouillon cubes in water and cook until tender.
- Blend flour with a small amount of milk to make a smooth mixture.

- Add remaining milk and heat the soup, but do not bring to a boil.
- Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Cover the soup and remove from heat.
