Instructions
- Rinse shrimp in cold water.
- In large iron skillet, add all ingredients.
- Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer.
- Simmer, uncovered, until shell is loose from the back of the shrimp. Serves 2 Cajuns or 6 city slickers.
