Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. Good Seasons Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 Blue Cheese
  • 1 Italian
  • 1 Cheese Garlic
  • 2-3 onions, sliced in rings
  • 2-3 lb. fresh shrimp, cooked and cleaned
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans whole button mushrooms, drained
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salad dressing according to package directions, omitting the water and replacing it with vinegar.
  2. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients and marinate overnight.
  4. Stir occasionally but carefully so as not to break the artichokes.
  5. Serve drained on a bed of lettuce for lunch or as an hors d'oeuvre.
