Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry tarragon
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely snipped parsley
  • 1 hard-cooked egg

Instructions

  1. Cream together margarine and cream cheese with a mixer.
  2. Beat in drained tuna, chopped green onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and tarragon until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture until ready to serve.
  4. Shape the chilled mixture into a mountain on a plate.
  5. Cover the top with finely snipped parsley.
  6. Sprinkle the top with chopped hard-cooked egg.
