Shrimp Dip Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. raw shrimp
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel, devein and chop shrimp.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onions, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne and mayonnaise.
  3. Fold in shrimp.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh celery and carrot sticks.
