Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 1/2 lb sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp dill seed (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and spread on toasted English muffin halves.
  2. Bake at 350°F until bubbles form and cheese is melted.
