Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ready to eat shrimp
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. onion
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, sauté onion and green pepper in 2 teaspoons of butter.
  2. Add mushroom soup, sour cream, and shrimp to the pan.
  3. Stir until well blended and heated through.
  4. Serve over white rice.
