- Put mushrooms and sliced onions in a large frying pan and cook until the mushrooms begin to brown.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan, sprinkle with garlic salt, and fry until browned. Remove from heat.
- In a medium-sized pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add minced garlic.
- Add the uncooked shrimp, sprinkle with garlic salt, and fry for about 4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
- Remove the shrimp from the butter and add to the mushroom mixture.
- Add the fried bacon to the mixture.
- Place the large frying pan back on heat and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Heat through for about 3 minutes, then serve immediately.
