Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb shrimp, shelled
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 6 strips bacon, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Put mushrooms and sliced onions in a large frying pan and cook until the mushrooms begin to brown.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan, sprinkle with garlic salt, and fry until browned. Remove from heat.
  3. In a medium-sized pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add minced garlic.
  4. Add the uncooked shrimp, sprinkle with garlic salt, and fry for about 4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the butter and add to the mushroom mixture.
  6. Add the fried bacon to the mixture.
  7. Place the large frying pan back on heat and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  8. Heat through for about 3 minutes, then serve immediately.
