Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 6 bacon strips
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can cooked shrimp
  • 1 c. other seafood in season

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes, onion, and water until mashable.
  2. Fry bacon strips and chopped green pepper.
  3. Drain the cooked potatoes and onion, then combine with bacon, green pepper, cooked shrimp, and other seafood.
  4. Add half and half, and do not boil after adding.
