Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 package gelatine

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/4 cup water and tomato soup in a large pan.
  2. Melt the Philadelphia cream cheese into the soup mixture and beat until smooth.
  3. Dissolve the gelatine in water and add to the soup mixture.
  4. Add mayonnaise to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Fold in chopped onion, chopped celery, and cooked shrimp.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
  7. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours until set.
