Ingredients

  • 3 qt. tomato juice
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans shrimp
  • 14 oz. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture for 24 hours before serving.
  3. Serve cold, optionally with cheese and crackers.
