Shrimp With Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh shrimp
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or grease
  • 1/2 cabbage, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the shrimp well.
  2. Take out the veins and wash in salt water.
  3. Put a spoonful of grease or butter to saucepan.
  4. Add shrimp, cabbage, onion and tomatoes.
  5. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
