Shrimp With Prosciutto

Tender shrimp wrapped in prosciutto, topped with melted mozzarella, and baked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce. Perfect as an elegant appetizer or light starter.

Ingredients

  • 12 medium shrimp
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • splash white wine

Instructions

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Cut the prosciutto into 12 equal pieces.
  3. Saute butter, garlic, and white wine until fragrant.
  4. Place each shrimp in an oven-safe glass pan.
  5. Cover each shrimp with a piece of prosciutto.
  6. Pour the butter sauce over the shrimp.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the entire pan.
  8. Bake at 350°F until the shrimp are cooked and cheese is melted.
