Tips & Substitutions
For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Fresh herbs like parsley or dill can also enhance the dish. If you don't have dry white wine, chicken broth or vegetable broth can be suitable substitutes. For a creamier texture, you might add a touch of heavy cream or Greek yogurt just before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the Greek Shrimp over a bed of cooked noodles, rice, or couscous for a complete meal. Toast points make a great addition for scooping up the flavorful sauce. This dish pairs beautifully with Mediterranean recipes like Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms or a refreshing Greek salad on the side.
Storage & Reheating
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, gently warm on the stovetop over low heat, adding a splash of water or broth to prevent drying out. Avoid microwaving, as it can overcook the seafood. This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be delicious in a seafood pasta salad.
