Instructions
- Brown ground beef.
- Stir in potatoes (unpeeled and coarsely chopped), green pepper (chopped), large onion (chopped), kielbasa (cut into bite-sized pieces), corn, salt and pepper.
- Cook, covered, in skillet over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, shredded.
- Makes 8 servings.
