Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 24 chicken drummettes with skin removed

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken drummettes until cooked through, then bone and remove the skin.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce and light brown sugar, and bring to a boil to create the glaze.
  4. Dip the cooked chicken drummettes into the hot broth, being careful not to boil too hard.
  5. Serve the drummettes coated with the glaze, optionally with biscuits on the side.
